Updating my review for the Bornstein team as we worked with them recently: Jonathan helped us with a multiple tenant issue quickly and without much hassle or expense. They took care of all negotiations along the way, without requiring us to put in court or other in-person appearances. When one tenant tried to pull surprise last-minute shenanigans, we just let Bornstein's office know, and they had it resolved within the hour. We are grateful for their help in navigating this process, and consider this to be a solid investment. -- We had a consult call with Jonathan Bornstein, and he was very helpful. My husband and I had a tenant issue we chatted with Mr. Bornstein about, and he was very straightforward in his advice for us. He actually advised us not to start by using his services in order to save money, and only to come back to him after exhausting other avenues. He made himself available for consultation, and took the time to research and understand our situation. We felt very comfortable working with him, and would happily work with him again!

If you want a team that will advocate fiercely for you, you will find it with the hard working duo of Erika and Jonathan Bornstein. I felt listened to, they walked me through everything and communicated throughout the entire process and in the end, we had a positive and successful outcome. Jonathan Bornstein knows the law and he is willing to review and listen to what the important. I am dealing with an eviction thats been ongoing and he pretty much reviewed and told me what steps to take. I can't thank him enough for hearing my case and acting upon it.
